 Is an Information Technology services and BPO solutions with its Pakistan head office in Karachi, aiming to enable social enterprises to innovate and accelerate their digital transformation and business operations. We specialize in enterprise application development and workflow optimization. Our operations span across four different countries with clientele predominately based in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), Australia, and the North American Region.


About the Role:

International Coordinator will be leading a team of representatives and managing key account holders of their assigned regions. They will be responsible for setting campaign goals and motivating representatives to reach their targets. The coordinator will also be in charge of expanding our network of representatives and key account holders of their assigned region.


Key Responsibilities

 

General Responsibilities

Acting as the single point of contact for International Representatives (Reps) and Key Account Holders in your assigned region.

Ensuring Reps’ needs, inquiries, and queries are met promptly to strengthen the relationship.

Motivating and monitoring reps to ensure that each performs to their best ability.

Recruit, induct and develop new reps to enhance growth in your region.

Organizing and attending semiannual international travel trips for the reps in their assigned region.


Campaign Responsibilities:

Coordinate with reps to finalize participation and deliver campaigns successfully, ensuring proper maintenance of all records in line with the campaign regulations.

Track and follow up to ensure the integrity of data and maintain accurate reports.

Ensure that all information related to the campaign performance and its reports are communicated effectively to all reps and campaign leads.

Year-round coordination between reps and finance department to ensure payments are received timely.


Key Account Relations Responsibilities:

Responsible for management of all key accounts records and their updating, such as allocation of payments received, etc.

Preparing and communicating specialized reports for key accounts.

Nurture existing key accounts to improve productivity while developing relationships with potential key accounts.

 

Skills Required:

Ability to harness effective working relationships and build trust.

Basic Counting Skills:

Exhibit a positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations.

Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and stay organized.

Ability to maintain confidential information, files, and records as well as maintain efficient workflow.

Microsoft Office suite (especially MS Excel).

 

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree. Majors in Business Administration/ International Relations/ Development Studies would be a plus.
