Deputy Legal Advisor- Corporate Service Division( OG- 5) 

 

 Vital arrears of the contender will include, but not limited to, the following 

 Coordinate with different departments of the Bank and its accessories to give legal advice/ opinion on the marketable cluster, supervisor and mortal resource of the accessories including union and CBA issues. 

 Examine and vet legal documents and help in attestation of contracts and agreements. 

 Help in and doyen disquisition and corrective matters and inquiries including show cause notices. 

 

 Attend meetings/ forums/ hold exchanges on behalf of the Bank with the authorization of Director Legal with the advanced operation of the Bank or Government Authorities, foreign agencies/ delegates pertaining to the legal issues/ contracts and programs of the Central Bank. 

 Help advanced authorities of the Bank in interpretation of colorful bills/ laws to help them in framing programs for the Bank as and when demanded. 

 Advise on drafting of leaflets, directives and documents to be issued by the Mortal coffers department and other customer departments in the marketable cluster and accessories. Draft and advise on legal counteraccusations of orders and directives to be issued. 

 Give backing in arranging engagement of attorneys precisely rested on their moxie and negotiate their professional freights according to the connection and significance of the case. Stager documents, suppliances, conjurations prepared by outside Counsel and liaise with them nearly during action/ other Court proceeding. 

 Deal with legal issues in a professional manner similar that dependence on outside counsel is minimized. 

 Eligibility Criteria 

 Education 

 LLB from HEC honored domestic or estimable foreign university. 

 Age Maximum 45 times, as on the last date to submit operation. Relaxation perhaps allowed in case of fresh applicable experience. 

 Experience Minimal 12 times of applicable field/ legal. Contender must be completely knowledgeable with drawing up and reviewing contracts, lodgment and announcements relating to independent bodies like SBP and assaying, interpreting and formulating opinion on points on law. 

 Other attributes 

Working knowledge of MS Office 

 Sound knowledge of applicable public/ transnational laws relating to transnational covenants 

 Capability to communicate effectively, both orally and in memorandum.
