It's an adjudicatory process in the nature of inimical proceedings wherein parties submit their controversies to a neutral third party( adjudicator) for a decision. The proceedings, analogous to action are still, briskly, cheaper, nonpublic and more flexible in procedure and operation of rules of substantiation. The parties have the independence to chalk out the same in the agreement to arbitration. The said agreement which must inescapably antecede arbitration, should be a valid bone as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The parties to an arbitration agreement must have the capacity to enter into a contract in terms of Sections 11 and 12 of the said Act. 

 

 Arbitral opinions are final and binding on the parties with veritably limited compass of expostulating to them. 

Freedom has no value 

 

 November 15, 1977 Leading American intelligencer" June" came to solicit the also President of PakistanMr. Zia- ul- Haq Shaheed Rehmatullah. In those days Pakistan had boosted its uranium enrichment.  Intelligencer's question 

" India has erected an infinitesimal lemon, now it'll put you under pressure, because it's a nuclear power, so what can you do?" 


 Answer of Zia- ul- Haq Shaheed 

 

" We'll not allow India to do that, nor can it." 


 Intelligencer prodigies, does that mean you made an snippet lemon??" 

 

 Shaheed Zia- ul- Haq smiling 


" When did I say that?" 

 

 Intelligencer I'm confused by your words, I don't understand. 


 Shaheed Zia- ul- Haq replied 

 

" June, you do not understand. The people I am talking to have heard and understood." 


 The alternate question asked by the intelligencer was veritably important and the answer given by the manly religionist Zia- ul- Haq Shaheed( may Allah have mercy on him) was published in all the journals at that time. 

 

 The intelligencer asked, 


 The United States has said that if Pakistan is perfecting uranium for energy, also let Pakistan allow us, the United States is ready to shoot all its masterminds and outfit to Pakistan for free energy requirements, including the construction of a levee in Pakistan. 

 Shaheed Zia- ul- Haq replied with a smile 

" John. Freedom has no price" 

" Freedom has no value and we won't vend our freedom and quality at any cost."
